Nestled in the famed village of Lynsted, 3 stunning properties set amongst the famous old cherry orchards of Kent.
Kent has a long history of people coming to the county to pick fruit in the harvest time. The owners, Louise and Terry, have lovingly recreated the authentic kentish holiday experience through these fabulous properties.

Dog Walks
Our favourite is Conyer (5 mins in the car): It is a beautiful walk along the estuary. Just park at the Ship Inn (have a coffee or shandy on your way back!)

Dog friendly pubs within walking distance:
The Dover Castle (regular pub food, lovely big garden with play equipment for children)

The plough at Lewson Street. Again dog friendly but more quaint and really good food. Nice garden but no childrens play area:

The Black Lion at Lynsted:
A lovely family pub with a great garden with tables outside:

Places to visit:
Faversham (our local town) about 10 mins in the car. Great place. Lovely shops, cafes and has a market on Saturday. Highly recommend visiting the quay area.
Whitstable is lovely, about twenty five minutes in the car. It’s a stony beach with some quaint streets full of cafes and little shops.
Beaches:
Whitstable is about 20 mins in the car.
It is a great place to visit but can get really crowded in the summer months. The beach is shingle. The town is really lovely with quirky little shops containing lots of small businesses from cupcakes to jewellery.

Seasalter about 15 mins in the car.
It is a shingle beach, the difference being that there are no shops and so it is very quiet there. If you drive to the Sportsman pub, you can park there and then walk along the path to the beach. We go swimming here when the weather is warm enough.

Camber Sands about and hour away in the car.
If you want a sandy beach but don’t mind a fairly long drive then Camber Sands is amazing. The sands are golden, the beaches are very long and the sand dunes are great for the children to play in!
